Introduction

History

The School Band is founded in September, 2002, which is held by Music Department and Lee House.
Since the Band starts training, Mr. Lee Yu-kiu is invited to be the tutor and the director of the Band.
The woodwind, the percussion and the brass instruments are the main three elements of the Band. In the
founding year, the Band was composed of 45 students from S1 to S7, who were training 1.5 hours each
week. The School Band achieved in order to improve the music development of CLSMSS. During the
following nine years, the school keeps developing and gets great achievements for the music development
of CLSMSS. In 2010, the School Band is institutionalized that the 8 committees chosen would serve for the
duty of the School Band. The systemized School Band is now looking forwards to the 9th anniversary of its
wonderful musical tour, which brings our students out of the hustle and bustle in lives.
